Hôtel La Couronne in Riquewihr : a hotel of charm on the Alsatian wine route, in the heart of the vineyard and a medieval village

Must-see visits in Riquewihr

The Hansi Museum, the most famous popular Alsatian cartoonist, retraces his work and life, and evokes with tenderness the humour of Alsace in the past and his commitment to the defence of the region.

The Dolder tower, symbol of the village, is an old belfry dating from the 13th century and perfectly preserved. The tower has been transformed into a museum and can be visited all year round.

An original and intriguing discovery is the thieves' tower, a former defensive tower from the 14th century that became the village prison. It contains a torture chamber and the instruments used at the time! The tower communicates with the winegrowers' house, in which the life of the past is recalled, as well as the work of the winegrower and the cooper. .

The ruins of the Bilstein castle are a perfect excuse to get up and stretch your legs in the forest! Several circuits and hikes are proposed, some starting from Riquewihr for the bravest!

The tourist office proposes a historical discovery tour, a walk of about 2 hours which allows you not to miss any of our architectural and historical treasures!
